Management really needs to step up maintenance!!! Four broken washing machines, dirty balconies, and a lukewarm jacuzzi just don’t cut it for a hotel of this caliber!!!

The Premier One-Bedroom Apartment features a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your own meals. The location, just a short walk from shopping hotspots like Surya KLCC, makes it convenient for grabbing meals and exploring.

The breakfast options simply don't cut it, and the venue feels gloomy. The air conditioning struggles to provide adequate cooling, making the warm days uncomfortable at times. Additionally, I encountered a less than pleasant odor in the apartment, which was unsettling.

the room size at ascott was really good, and it's just a 5-minute walk from the twin towers, which is great! i loved the outdoor pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing. the staff was very helpful when we raised our concerns, which made a difference. overall, their hospitality stood out.

The spacious apartment was a delight with nice amenities and a great location near KLCC. However, the breakfast was disappointing, delivered as a boxed meal rather than buffet style. Also, waiting for check-in and the elevators took longer than expected, detracting from the overall experience.

I recently spent a few nights in a lovely premier studio, which offered spacious living areas and quality toiletries, making my stay quite comfortable. plus, I was thrilled to find myself just a few steps from the Petronas Towers and a short walk from the serene KLCC Park, perfect for leisurely mornings and evening walks.
